Release manager: Keep every release on track.
Release manager handles release planning and music catalog management: set the date, work from a dated checklist, and keep each song’s details, identifiers and costs with the release.
Your first release is free to plan. Unlimited adds every release, file references, exports and service checks.
What you get
- A plan dated from release day. Choose single, EP or album and the date, and get dated tasks to prepare, distribute, promote and launch it.
- Your catalog in one place. Import released music from Spotify or add unreleased songs, with identifiers, distributor details and costs.
- Know what is waiting on whom. Add your own tasks, snooze work and see what is waiting on someone else.
- Reminders where the band talks. Each morning’s due tasks and release days, posted to a Discord channel.

Set the release date
Create a single, EP or album and choose its date. The planner builds a dated checklist around that release. If the date changes, adjust the plan and review the updated deadlines.
Work through the next moves
Use preparation, distribution, promotion, launch and registration tasks to track progress. Add your own tasks, snooze work when needed and see what is waiting on someone else.
Manage your released music catalog
Import released music from Spotify or add unreleased tracks yourself. Keep song details, identifiers, distributor information and costs with the release. Unlimited also lets you attach file references.
Review and export the plan
Unlimited includes calendar and planner exports plus supported service checks. The planner keeps records and references; it does not replace your distributor or automatically submit music, pitches or registrations.

Release planning questions.
Can I plan a music release for free?
Yes. Your first release is free to plan. Unlimited includes planning every release, exports and supported service checks. Read the plan details for the current limits.
Can I use it for an album or an EP?
Yes. Choose Single, EP or Album when creating the release, then add the tracks and their details. The dates and preparation work stay with that release.
Does the planner distribute my music?
No. It helps you prepare and track the work. Delivery, pitching, registration and other submissions still happen through your distributor and the relevant services.
What is included in an export?
The calendar export contains planned dates; JSON downloads contain planner records and references. Linked files and audio are not bundled into the JSON download. Exports require paid release access.
Give the release a place to take shape.
Start with the date. Keep the next decisions, files and preparation work with the music.
Unlimited also includes mastering downloads, with no daily limit and every master in 24-bit WAV, 16-bit WAV and MP3. The full preview is free, so you can hear the audio before committing to the download and release date.
